据悉，奢侈品巨头LVMH正考虑收购美国奢侈品牌Ralph Lauren，两家公司曾多次进行收购事宜的讨论。虽然，LVMH和Ralph Lauren尚未就收购一事作出回应，但有业内人士公开表示，“如果双方能够达成协议，最快会在两个月内宣布交易，如超过三个月还未完成收购，就代表Ralph Lauren有其他考量，或最终保持自主经营权。
