25日，贵人鸟股份有限公司公告称，公司独董配偶短线交易公司股票，中国证监会福建监管局向独董出具警示函。天眼查App显示，贵人鸟股份有限公司法定代表人为林思萍，实际控制人及最终控制人是林天福，林天福持有公司26.48%股份。2015年，贵人鸟的总市值最高曾超过400亿元，林天福也以190亿元的身家首次摘得“泉州首富”。然而近年来贵人鸟业绩不佳，背上了高额债务，创始人林天福也成了网友口中的“老赖”。
