As a part of organization of proposals as well as implementation of the projects and his aim as the Engineering specialist, process control Specialist will be responsible for:

Quality Check:

  • Control strategy or P&IDs or Interlock and Permissive or Functional Analysis
  • Participate in the HAZOP reviews
  • Participation in the VENDOR PACKAGES clarifications & Post Order documentation
  • Participation in definition of DCS or SIS Architecture system & package monitoring
  • Participation in the supplier clarification meetings
  • Ensure total compliance with contract
  • Compliance with the specifications
  • Participate in the “Factory Acceptance Tests” systems
  • Establish process control of Operating manual
  • Leading training for operators

Deliverables

  • Interlock and Permissive
  • Functional Analysis diagram AFD and AFC
  • Range & Alarm List
  • FAT system
  • Functional Analysis update
