说实话这个国家我不了解，只能泛泛的聊聊。
开始时，这个国家运气并不好，大片大片的沙漠，寸草不生。
后来，发现了黑金石油。爽了，靠石油一个个流油。
现在，要减少温室气体排放，以后慢慢不用石油，尴尬了。
又想了想沙漠，这么大片的地方，种不行，可以种光伏啊。出口石油不行了，可以出口电啊。电不方便长距离运输，可以用电产生氢气，然后出口氢气。
你看看的，这剧情变的，反转+反转。
