清华pip镜像地址 - FooFish
豆瓣的pypi地址最近很不稳定，很多都库都无法下载，推荐大家用清华大学的镜像站。 pypi镜像是每5分钟同步一次。
如果是安装包的时候临时使用，可以使用-i参数
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simpl flask
也可以通过下面的命令行修改使其成为默认的镜像源
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
