Windows Shadowsocks 使用 obfs混淆
一些机场自带obfs混淆，这时直接使用shadowsocks-windows客户端会抛出异常，需要下载obfs混淆插件。
- simple-obfs Github
- 解压在Release页面下载的压缩包，将两个文件放在与shadowsocks.exe执行文件同级的目录。
- 重新启动Shadowsocks。
