5月12日，卫龙向港交所提交上市申请书。
上市申请书显示，卫龙为中国最大辣味休闲食品企业，市场份额达到5.7%；2018年至2020年营业收入逐年增长，年复合增长率达22.4%，2020年总营收41.20亿元、总利润8.19亿元。
从地区来看，过去三年，卫龙在华东地区最赚钱，去年收益约为7.71亿元，占总收益比例超2成。
卫龙食品是中国老牌休闲食品品牌，由刘卫平、刘福平兄弟1999年创立于河南漯河，主营辣条、豆皮豆干、海味素菜、肉食卤味、膨化速食等多系列休闲食品。
日前，卫龙已完成Pre-IPO轮融资，本轮融资由CPE源峰和高瓴联合领投，红杉中国、腾讯、云锋基金等跟投。此轮融资后，卫龙市值高达94亿美元，这是卫龙首次引进外部资本，也是其上市前唯一一轮融资。
