碳链价值APP讯，灰度周四在推特宣布，该公司的Digital Large Cap Fund（GDLC）已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了Form 10文件，以将这只投资基金转变为SEC报告公司。审批通过后，灰度将有三个数字货币投资工具成为SEC报告公司，前两个分别是GBTC和ETHE。
据公司网站介绍，GDLC创立于2019年，目前已增长近300％，管理着约6.301亿美元的资产。该基金有五种加密货币资产：BTC、ETH、BCH、LTC和LINK。（Live Crypto）
