张先生在小米官网购买了一台小米微单相机，但是在旅行中拍摄的上千张游览照竟不翼而飞，这使张先生及家人遭受重大精神损失，因此将销售商小米科技有限责任公司与生产商上海科技有限公司诉至法院。原告张先生要求，将小米微单相机作退货处理，赔礼道歉，赔偿往返路费、住宿费、景点门票费及精神损失等共计13716元。日前，海淀法院受理了此案。
