基准测试：英伟达数据中心 CPU Grace 媲美 Threadripper 7000
IT之家 2 月 24 日消息，根据国外科技媒体 Phoronix 分享的博文，通过 39 个测试项目，测试英伟达 Grace GH200 处理器的性能，并对比 AMD 的 Threadripper 7980X 和 Threadripper Pro 7995WX 处理器。
该媒体测试了 GPTshop.ai 提供工作站，该工作站搭载 Grace CPU 和基于 Hopper 的 H200 GPU。Grace CPU 有 72 个内核，480GB LPDDR5X 内存，基于 Arm 架构。
在 39 项测试项目中，英伟达 Grace 在 17 项测试中超过 7980X，15 项测试中超过 7995WX。
对于 Grace 而言，这并不是一个很好的结果，但在这种情况下也不算太差。Threadripper 7000 拥有许多优势：许多应用程序只针对 x86 而非 Arm 进行了优化，Threadripper 7000 的时钟速度比注重效率的 Grace 芯片更快，三级缓存也更多。

Grace 利用创新的 LPDDR5x 内存子系统，该子系统的带宽是 DDR4 内存的两倍，能效达 DDR4 的 10 倍。
此外，新架构提供单一内存地址空间的缓存一致性，将系统和 HBM GPU 内存相结合，以简化可编程性。
