据报道，日本政府基本决定向台积电将在熊本县建设的第二工厂补贴约7300亿日元。台积电计划24日举行在熊本县建设的第一工厂启用仪式，日本政府已经决定补贴最多4760亿日元。台积电本月6日公布了第二工厂建设计划。预计加上第一工厂，总投资金额将超过200亿美元。第一工厂将生产制程12至28纳米的产品，而第二工厂可能生产更先进的6纳米产品。
