京东自营推出“免费上门退换”服务

2 月 22 日消息，从京东黑板报公众号获悉，京东自营推出“免费上门退换”服务，凡打标“免费上门退换”标签的商品，无论大小、轻重和数量多少，均可免费上门退换，用户不用花任何运费，省钱、省心、省时。
京东也在第三方商家中积极推广此项“免费上门退换”服务，预计未来一年内将覆盖超九成的第三方商家。
此外，针对第三方商家大件退换难的行业痛点，京东在以往“大件运费险”服务最高包运费 800 元 / 次的基础上，现在新增了一年两次上门取件、每次最高 5000 元的保障额度，当大件退换运费超过 800 元时，可使用这 5000 元的额度。简单说，每年最高可增加 10000 元退换货运费，购买时，请认准“大件运费险”标签。
官方称，京东超 200 项服务为用户提供 7X24 全时段、售前售中售后的全链路保障，其中超 80 项服务为行业首创，已累计为用户节省花费超过 100 亿元。
