法国最大汽车设备供应商Forvia周一表示，作为其新的“EU-Forward”计划的一部分，该公司打算未来5年在欧洲裁减至多1万个工作岗位，包括在子公司海拉（Hella）。这家全球第七大汽车设备供应商表示，计划通过自然减员和大幅减少在欧洲的招聘，减少13%的欧洲员工。该公司首席财务官奥利维尔·杜兰德表示：“我们的流失率是每年2000到2500人。因此，事实上，该计划并不意味着裁员1万人。它的真正含义是，我们需要确保招聘仅限于绝对必要的人员。”
