我的选择在油车和纯电之间考虑，油车就上老家牌照，电车考虑上上海绿牌。
预算有限，都买入门级，油车 10W+，电车 20W+。
上绿牌想的是以后上下班方便，不用限行，但是听同事说就算避开限行，早晚高峰高架上也很堵，如何工作在中环内，不要考虑开车上下班。
关于交通情况，有没有车友给解答一下。
