有转过联通保号套餐的老铁么？

现在手机有两个联通手机号，一个号 A ，一个办宽带给的号 B 。
现在 号 A 每个月套餐 39 ，流量 30G 。
号 B 每个月带宽套餐 160 ， 流量 60G 。
我每个月流量差不多只能用 20G 左右，所以副号 B 的流量完全够用了。
所以我打算把主号 A 降级到联通 8 元保号套餐，这样可行吗？会有啥风险不？
