有哪些推送平台推荐的？ 类似于 Bark Pushdeer 之类的

需要推送一些通知信息到手机上，
1. Andriod 和 iOS 都支持
2. 需要支持推送图片
3. 文本发送最好支持 Markdown 语法
目前在用 Telegram 的 Bot 发送消息，但是网络不好的时候还是挺麻烦
企业微信应用有频率限制，消息过多就会被吞
QQ 好像现在杀的挺严
Bark 不支持图片推送
Pushdeer 说是支持图片推送，但是试了一下发图片失败了
Pushover 需要付费 TAT
飞书和钉钉暂时没试过，不知道是不是和企业微信应用一样，频率限制过大
邮件太过古老 不考虑了
