How to get: 1)Last logged in user in sap ui5? 2)IST time picker 3)middle day of current month

Hi Folks, I am newbie to UI5, I need to know how I can get :

1)the last logged in user

2)Current time(IST) using timepicker

3)last logged in user

4)Middle day of the current month.

In a smartform.

Can Anyone guide me on the same:)
