日前，据国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局公布的行政处罚信息，因租赁物所有权存在瑕疵，信达金融租赁有限公司（下称信达金租）被罚270万元。
因对上述违法违规事实负责，时任信达金租副总经理李振波、时任信达金租副总经理郭金春均被警告，并分别被罚5万元。

天眼查数据显示，信达金租成立于1996年12月，注册资本35.05亿元，法定代表人为张东辉，第一大股东中国信达资产管理股份有限公司（01359.HK）持有信达金租99.98%股权。
