IT之家 1 月 31 日消息，根据微软 Windows 10、Windows 11 系统用户反馈，运行 Core 2 Duo、Core 2 Quads 等早期处理器的设备安装 1 月可选更新之后，无法正常使用多款预装应用程序。

根据用户反馈，上述 CPU 配置的老式 PC 设备上安装 Windows 10、Windows 11 系统的 1 月可选更新之后，在没有提醒的情况下，计算器、日历、Feedback Hub、Groove Music、电影和电视、Paint 3D、人脉、照片、Tips、录音机等原生 Windows 应用程序均无法正常渲染使用，打开之后直接黑屏闪退。

一位用户认为是微软在 1 月可选更新中，弃用了对旧款英特尔处理器的指令集支持，因此才导致这些设备无法正常使用这些应用程序。

虽然微软尚未对此发表评论，但这家总部位于雷德蒙德的科技巨头正在不断更新最新 Windows 更新所支持的处理器列表。
