职位网站 Levels.fyi 日前发布了一份《 2023 年度程序员收入报告》，该报告据称基于 20 万份程序员薪资数据，主要反映程序员 2023 年薪酬总额中位数，其中包含工资、股票价值和奖金。从美国方面来看，程序员收入最高的地区是美国旧金山，中位数薪资为 24.9 万美元（当前约 178.3 万元人民币）。而在“热门国际城市（排除美国）”方面，中国北京位居全球第六，年中位收入为 9 万美元（当前约 64.4 万元人民币）。
