长租平台LiveIn获得830万美元融资

总部位于马来西亚的地产科技初创公司LiveIn日前宣布，已经在其Pre-B轮融资中获得了830万美元资金。
根据声明，本次融资由Wavemaker Partners和InterVest领投，MDV、Jungle Ventures、CAC Capital参投。LiveIn表示，将利用这笔资金推进平台向东南亚其他市场地区的扩张——据透露，LiveIn将于明年进入越南和印尼市场。
LiveIn于2020年创立（前身为Hostel Hunting），现为一家专注于长期租赁、以年轻群体为主要目标的租房社区平台，在马来西亚和泰国提供服务。目前尚不清楚LiveIn的市场规模，但据该公司表示，平台正努力将其房源数提升到1万间。
值得一提的是，在今年5月份时，LiveIn曾在马来西亚收购了一家名为KT Management物业管理公司（该公司主要关注学生住宿领域，其业务同样也以长租为主）。不过，LiveIn并未透露本次的收购金额。
展望未来，除上述计划扩张地区外，LiveIn称也正在考虑进军菲律宾市场，并希望在其平台上推出更多功能。
