「没戴手套，差评！」不得不说，我对餐饮相关视频底下的这类评论，没什么好感。餐饮业者健康检查是必须的，工作期间保持双手洁净也是应有的职业素养。要我说，反倒是如非必要，不该戴手套。勤洗的手，可能比一直戴着的手套干净的多。具体一点说，徒手打鸡蛋，沾到蛋液妳不洗手会觉得难受吧，戴着手套的话却可能会忽略。何况，手套破损还会增加了食物中混入异物的风险。当然啦，要求餐饮业者戴手套的人，意图可能只是希望「至少看上去更卫生」吧。
