本周的主题是 Non-Compete 非竞争。
成功的企业家会用他们的案例告诉你，不要关注竞争对手，而要关注用户，关注自身。然而，成功案例本就无可复制，经验传授除了作为励志故事之外，并没有太多实操空间。
仔细想想，这是一种自我实现的循环：企业家有独特的眼光——或者是好运气，发现了满足某种用户需求的办法，从而启动了增长飞轮；竞争对手跟随，但往往并不奏效，其原因要通过反证法来审视：如果竞争对手可以复制，那么反过来说明业务模式有问题；竞争就像抱脸怪，最终会把企业的生气吸干榨净，我们也不会听到最后的成功故事。
对待抱脸怪的方法，绝对不是变成另一只抱脸怪。
Jason Fried，Basecamp 的创始人在 You only compete with one thing 写道：
Your real competition are your costs. Yours, not theirs. You, not them.
你真正的竞争是你的成本。你的，不是他们的。你，不是他们。
