据财联社 10 月 17 日报道，天眼查显示，近日，北京智谱华章科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增股东为蚂蚁集团子公司上海云玡企业管理咨询有限公司。公司官网显示，智谱 AI 致力于打造新一代认知智能通用模型，合作研发双语千亿级超大规模预训练模型 GLM-130B，并基于此打造 ChatGLM，还推出认知大模型平台 Bigmodel.ai。
