天眼查App显示，近日，广东芯聚能半导体有限公司发生工商变更，新增北汽产投旗下深圳安鹏创投基金企业（有限合伙）等为股东，同时注册资本由约1.787亿人民币增至约1.948亿人民币，增幅9%。
广东芯聚能半导体有限公司成立于2018年11月，法定代表人为周晓阳，由广东联芯能创新投资有限公司、广州瀚睿科创投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、吉利共创叁号投资（天津）合伙企业（有限合伙）等共同持股。据悉，芯聚能半导体是一家车规级功率半导体元器件研发、生产和销售的企业。
