这段时间兼做客服，发现人和人的差异巨大。买同样的东西，遇到同样的问题，有的用户会积极配合，找出可能的原因和解决方案。有的用户就不配合，只会一个劲的说有问题，动不动就威胁退货、差评、小红书黑。自己的问题未得到解决，还成功恶心到别人。
还好，从概率上讲，后面这种人还是少数。尤其，千万不能因为这种人，影响自己心情。人间值得，而有些人不值得。
