8月17日，据国家金融监督管理总局行政处罚信息公开表，和泰人寿保险股份有限公司（下称和泰人寿保险）存在编制虚假财务资料行为，其直接责任人齐力被罚。
处罚显示，山东监管局检查发现，自2019年11月至2021年7月，和泰人寿保险山东省分公司存在编制虚假财务资料行为，涉及金额60.05万元，时任银保部经理兼任山东省分公司总经理齐力被警告并罚款4万元。
