Stack Wallet<p>TL;DR Would anyone be interested in Stacky ordinals in exchange for donations (non-tax deductible) to the project of a certain amount?</p><p>A while ago we had our illustrators make Stacky stickers for Telegram. While working on LTC ordinals, we wanted to test sending them around in such a way that users won't accidentally have the output used as the fee and accidentally send their ordinals to miners.</p><p>Not wanting to use our moonbirds generously donated to our team by @LitecoinLabs, we minted the 14 Stacky stickers as ordinals for these testing purposes.</p><p>Now that we don't really have much use for them beyond memorabilia for the team, I was wondering if anyone would care to have one for a donation to Stack Wallet in any crypto currency? It'd be something like a $500 donation gets a Stacky, just as a "thanks" from the team. They have no real value otherwise.</p><p>Price can be discussed. Doesn't have to be offered at all, more than happy to keep them for the Stack Wallet team if nobody is interested. All funds help us continue development as, remember, we are a FULLY FOSS, non-traditionally VC funded wallet. :)</p><p>👍or👎?</p>

Stack Wallet<p>New Stack Wallet release. Not going to lie guys. This is a big one, because we seem to have solved the majority of Monero issues on iOS. The BIG thing keeping us from leaving open beta! More on that below after the release notes. Yes, Duo is being ported and built as we speak.</p><p>Release notes:<br />- Theme bug fixes<br />- iOS bug fixes (should be able to use Monero now, more fixes here to come)<br />- Lots of under-the-hood cleanup<br />- ETH token loading fix<br />- Price fetching fixes<br />- Strip cashaddr prefix before generating URIs<br />- Amount entry fixes</p><p>Now, regarding Monero. This isn't the move to Rust. That's still coming. Even though we've resolved this issue that has been plaguing us since day 1, the Rust code will still be more stable, better maintained, and come with lots of goodies built in like polyseed. But we will perhaps see about leaving open beta after another few rounds of bug fixes and stability for a month or two.</p><p>Report all the bugs you have! We're getting to them one by one. Still to fix are:<br />- Some connectivity issues on all platforms<br />- Firo fixes for restoring<br />- Wownero crash on iOS<br />- Doge sending issues<br />- And more</p><p>We're busy busy. Stack Wallet<p>New Stack Wallet release AND new Stack Duo release. Available for Android and Linux. On iOS both SW and SD are waiting for review.</p><p>Stack Duo: We've added all of the changes going into Stack Wallet including UI updates, animations, changing how amounts work under the hood (you might need to rescan your Bitocin wallets), and more. </p><p>Stack Wallet and Duo:<br />We've done a lot of bugfixes and additions on Paynyms, including generating SegWit change addresses, fixed a bug where some funds show up only after a rescan, and more. Also added haptic feedback to the PIN pad and copy address buttons.</p><p>Stack Wallet:<br />Ported a gap check fix from BTC to BCH.</p><p>Still a work day ahead of us today. May have more before the weekend. Please test the PayNym changes and let us know if it's all working as expected. We'll have another end of week update for you all soon.</p>

Stack Wallet<p>New Stack Wallet release. This is a minor release while that just does some bugfixes while we get to the big stuff this week (the themes, tor, paynyms, etc that we discussed at end of week last week). iOS taking a bit, as usual. Should be soon.</p><p>Release notes:<br />- Bitcoin and BCH remove derivation paths stored alongside addresses. May require rescan of the wallet to work.<br />- Fix BCH 0-conf bugs<br />- Updated animations for sending, syncing, and more<br />- Set WOW confs to 15 before spending (cuz it had a chainsplit)<br />- Updated default block explorer for Bitcoin to mempool.space (thanks @InnocuousFinch)</p><p>The BTC thing will be ported over to Stack Duo this week. Hopefully alongside the PayNym updates.</p>
