首款治疗产后抑郁症口服药获美FDA批准，预计年内上市

近日，美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准了Biogen和Sage Therapeutics公司生产的首个用于治疗产后抑郁症的口服药。据报道，上述两家公司计划在2023年年底前开始以Zurzuvae品牌销售这种名为祖拉诺酮（Zuranolone）的药物。该药物可用于治疗重度抑郁症 (MDD) 、临床抑郁症以及产后抑郁症。两家公司在声明中表示：“Zurzuvae预计将于2023年第四季度推出并上市。”
