I gave the same prompt to 10 different Logo Design (AI) tools. Here are the results…
10 tools, 1 prompt, 10 different results.
I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and design. In my previous articles, I’ve written about how AI can be used to create websites, audio, and visual content.
But what about logos? Can AI be used to generate visually appealing and effective logos?
In today’s article, we’ll be looking at the AI tools I used to generate a logo for a brand I created for a passion project last year. I will detail the various AI tools I experimented with, along with the results. You’ll also get to see what my final logo design looked like for this brand.
So without further ado, let’s jump right in!
The Prompt
In 2022, I published a UX case study on Kom Boo Cha (a fictitious kombucha brand) on Behance. This passion project allowed me to explore the design process for a new brand from start to finish.
To guide my design process, I established a brand identity for Kom Boo Cha.
The brand “Kom Boo Cha” was born out of a passion to provide quality non-alcoholic beverages for social gatherings. It originated in the UK with aspirations to expand globally.
Logo Sketches — Kom Boo Cha
The brand’s purpose is to catalyze a shift for customers seeking an alternative to traditional social drinking, while the vision aims to create a culture of healthier get-togethers. The target audience comprises Gen Z and millennials.
To create the logos, I used the brand story above to generate text prompts to be inserted into the AI tools.
