天热，不开空调太闷
开空调又太干燥，鼻子一干就特难受，尤其是晚上睡觉的时候，冬季特别干燥时鼻子也特别难受
试过摆盆水，用加湿器，效果都不好。
自从大学时感冒还是抠鼻导致鼻子疼痛后，就出现这种干鼻症状，空气湿度低于 40%鼻子就干得不行
