据金十 7 月 4 日报道，国家发展改革委党组书记、主任郑栅洁在《求是》发表署名文章：加快建设以实体经济为支撑的现代化产业体系，当中提及要促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合。加快推进数字产业化，加强数字技术基础研究，培育壮大人工智能、物联网、量子计算等新兴产业，打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群。积极稳妥推进产业数字化，进一步把握数字化、网络化、智能化方向，利用数字技术对制造业、服务业、农业进行全方位、多角度、全链条改造，大力开拓数字化转型场景，不断培育发展新产业新业态新模式。
