网易成立两家智能科技公司，业务含人工智能应用软件开发
据证券时报 7 月 4 日消息，企查查 App 显示，近日，杭州网易轩之辕智能科技有限公司、网易牵波智能科技（杭州）有限公司成立，法定代表人分别为周锋、杨新伟，注册资本分别为 500 万、100 万元。经营范围含组织文化艺术交流活动；智能机器人的研发；人工智能应用软件开发等。企查查股权穿透显示，两家公司由网易（杭州）网络有限公司全资持股。
