总部位于新加坡的气候科技初创公司Transitry日前宣布，已经成功完成了其60万美元规模的Pre-Seed融资轮。
Transitry在一份声明中表示，Info Edge Ventures、Plug & Play、Antler以及部分天使投资人参与了本轮融资。据透露，资金到位后，Transitry将以此增强其碳治理能力，并为成功的脱碳项目提供绿色融资。
Transitry成立于2022年，致力于通过人工智能和区块链技术为客户提供数字MRV解决方案（MRV指碳排放的量化与数据质量保证的过程,包括监测/Monitoring、报告/Reporting以及验证Verfication）。Transitry表示，其解决方案能使客户通过绿色金融渠道来改善碳治理，从中确保气候技术行业的透明度和可追溯性。
展望未来，Transitry也计划扩大产品范围，推动环保举措的广泛采用，并积极寻求更多融资机会。此外，公司也有意同相关组织和研究机构建立联盟关系。
