欧盟机构代表就银行资本条例修改达成临时协议，包括对加密资产设定资本要求
据 Foresight News 消息，来自欧洲议会、理事会和欧盟委员会的谈判代表就《资本要求条例》（CRR）和《资本要求指令》（CRD）的修改达成了一项临时协议，其中，为了应对潜在风险，欧洲议会议员还确保银行必须披露其对加密资产的风险敞口，为加密资产设定资本要求，直到委员会提出具体的立法提案。
该临时政治协议还须得到经济和货币事务委员会的批准，然后是全体投票，之后理事会批准该协议后才能生效。
