天眼查App显示，近日，平顶山合众汇赢汽车销售服务有限公司因发布虚假广告，被平顶山市市场监督管理局罚款3.5万余元。
处罚事由显示，当事人在汽车展销区有“华为汽车”“HUAWEI”等广告用语，其展示的汽车“AITO问界M5”实际是赛力斯牌汽车，不是“华为汽车”。当事人称展示汽车“AITO问界M5”是华为联合赛力斯设计生产，宣传“华为汽车”“HUAWEI”等用语，无法提供相关证明材料。
