日本柒和伊控股将利用AI提高7-Eleven门店运营效率
据界面新闻援引共同社消息，日本柒和伊控股公司社长井阪隆一在6月8日表示将加快采取措施，利用IT和人工智能（AI）提高门店运营效率并强化对顾客服务。在龟甲万与流通经济研究所在美国威斯康星州共同主办的研讨会上，他表示“利用技术如何提高生产效率将是关键”。
井阪指出，日本劳动力人口减少，7-Eleven门店如何确保人手成为课题。他介绍称，将采用AI判断商品采购的系统并引进自助收银，以减轻员工负担。柒和伊控股还将扩大顾客用手机确认门店商品库存并下单、最短30分钟送达的服务。公司将分析下单记录等顾客信息，以便更有效地促销。
