Hello Product Hunt!

Introducing One Calm - the app designed to help you calm down in just one minute.

We understand that life can be stressful, and sometimes we need a quick and effective way to reduce anxiety before an important speech or meeting. That's why we created One Calm, a simple yet powerful tool to help you find peace and relaxation in the midst of your busy day.

But One Calm isn't just for those high-pressure moments. We know that many of us struggle with addiction to short videos or have trouble staying focused on the present moment. With One Calm, you can take a minute to clear your mind and refocus your attention, no matter where you are.

Our goal is to help you find the calm within the chaos, and we believe One Calm is the perfect tool to help you do just that. So why not give it a try and see for yourself how just one minute of mindfulness can make all the difference?

Best of all, it's completely free to use. So give it a try, and don't forget to share your thoughts and feedback with us!

I love the idea of One Calm. Sometimes I dont find the time to fit in an entire meditation session and sometimes can get overwhelmed with the stresses of the day so being able to whip this out and assist in calming me down will be a great tool.

I downloaded the app and gave it a go.

I love the way you have integrated interactivity into the session, which forces you to pay better attention to the app while you are doing it. That's cool.

I'm sure English isn't your first language so I would maybe suggest you use ChatGPT to help you with the copy for the app. The onboarding text and the start up text could be improved a lot for clarity.

Overall though great job! Think its a fantastic idea and looking forward to using it myself.

@charlie_mack Thank you very much for your feedback! This is exactly the core idea of this app, to use interaction to help users achieve better concentration. I used Google Translate as the first version, but it seems that the translation results are not very good. In the next update, I will use ChatGPT to update the translation text.
This sounds like a great way to find inner peace and focus. I'm looking forward to trying it out!
