We have plug & play integrations with Intercom, Zapier, Typeform, etc. We can also use Zapier for custom integrations; so it's quite easy to set up.
Some insights / usecase examples are: - what features are requested the most - what are the top issues my users are facing - did my latest release actually solved the problem? - what is the MRR behind a certain topic - what segment is requesting this feature (free, paid, etc.) - etc.
All this can be drilled down by time period, topic, user types, etc.

A great product to help deliver on being customer centric. I like the focus on the prioritising and discovering the most pressing issues customers face.
Might be also worth it for adding a objective data source for feature prioritisation for the product team.
