Congratulations on your product launch! This looks really helpful for our co-workers to save their time.

Oooh, this is such a good idea — I bet it'll be a huge time-saver. Congrats on the launch!

I'm frequently referring engineering candidates to founders at other YC companies, and often those referrals include a resume. I've always wondered whether the design and content of the resume biases the person reviewing it. In my experience stellar candidates can have poor resumes, and weak candidates can have great looking resumes.

Perhaps your screener will be able to standardise reviewer's experience across different types of resumes, while allowing them to find the answers they're looking for more quickly.

Couple questions:

1. Are there any types of resumes (or job roles) for which you've found it to be particularly effective? 2. Is there an incorrect way to use this? In a way that's harmful to the hiring process?

@sarupbanskota Great points, and thanks for your support!

The good thing about this one is that it's not unnecessarily confident, and the responses make it clear when there is some scope to be slightly off especially for questions like "Find candidates who would be a good fit for the Head of Product role". Screening tools are a great way to eliminate unqualified candidates, not to select the best candidates. And the idea behind tools like this typically is to aid, not to make the final decisions so the harmful way to use it would be to use it select the candidate who comes out on top based on an algorithm.

Great idea for screening job candidates faster! Congrats on your launch! 🚀
That is interesting. Congrats on the launch.
