I’m Frank, one of the co-founders of BarGPT alongside my brother Mike.
The mission of BarGPT is to have fun with new AI technologies and help the world create new and better cocktails. Before diving into the details let me provide a little background about how BarGPT came about.
As software developers we were intrigued by all that has been going on around Generative AI and the power that AI can bring to normal life activities. We wanted to bring a product to market that could allow users to leverage the power of AI to help spark their creative side. After one of our many chats around what mixers go well with Bourbon we untapped what we believe was a fun and creative way to use AI and so was born BarGPT.
BarGPT uses the power of AI by providing users an easy way to create their own “out of this world” cocktails. Ever ask yourself:
There has to be something different than the same old drinks like gin & tonics, whiskey & cokes, martinis or just bourbon on the rocks?
What can I do to spice up my favorite cocktail with some of these leftover ingredients?
What drink can I make that will be perfect on a rainy Sunday while watching some of my favorite movies?
Yes we have used this prompt which created the "Rainy Day Delight” with hot chocolate, spiced rum and cinnamon.
Well BarGPT is here to help!
BarGPT not only creates new cocktails but includes individual ingredients and step by step directions for each recipe. We took this one step further and used AI to generate an image of what the cocktail looks like.
