中信建投证券电新团队资深光伏分析师任佳玮表示，目前，市场PERC电池平均量产转化效率约23.5%，已逼近效率极限，光伏电池主流技术将逐步由P型转为N型。而N型电池效率提升潜力大、投资成本不断降低，本轮光伏技术变革将由P型电池转向N型电池。TOPCon电池当前量产效率已达25%以上，在N型电池中量产性价比最高，头部企业均选择以TOPCon作为下一代电池技术路线。
