Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Thanks for checking us out. We'd love to hear from you where we can do better. Specifically:

🌆 Cities: Where should we go next? 💲 Pricing: Would you prefer a monthly or every 3 months subscription? 💡Features: What else can we add to make it easier for you to find cheaper tickets?"

Tired of searching multiple ticket apps looking for cheaper concert tickets? Love live music and see at least 3 concerts a year, then we built TicketJam for you. We scour multiple ticket sites and compare ticket prices to show you only the lowest prices.

We recently launched this app in the Apple App Store and serve 7 cities: Dallas, Phoenix, San Diego, Denver, Minneapolis, Austin and Portland.

With TicketJam, we show you:

🎟️ Official and resale tickets: We'll tell you in the app when we see tickets official tickets. If the official tickets are sold out (or we don't have them), we'll show the lowest prices for resale tickets.

🔥 "All In" prices: We'll tell you when a ticket is the "all in" price and when it has fees.

🫶 Name your price: Tell us what you want to pay for a ticket. We'll let you know if that ticket ever hits your price.

🚀 Real-time ticket price alerts: Set price alerts for the price you want to pay. We'll monitor ticket sites and let you know if the ticket you want hits the price you want to pay.

📉 Ticket price history: We tell you the highest and lowest prices for any ticket, and the last time we saw the price. This gives you the power to know if you're getting a good or a bad deal.

❤️ Favorite venues and events: You can favorite a venue or an event to more easily see who's coming and what prices are looking like.

Looks interesting - does this work for all locations? PS Add in some audio to the product video next time 😀
@maxwellcdavis We're in 8 cities right now: Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, San Diego, Denver, Minneapolis, Austin and Portland.

TicketJam sounds like a concert-goer's dream come true! The ability to compare ticket prices from multiple sites and see only the lowest prices is incredibly convenient. I especially love the real-time ticket price alerts and the ticket price history feature. Being able to favorite venues and events for easy access is a nice touch too.

Congratulations on the launch of the app, and I can't wait to give it a try for my next concert!

@brenda_lewiss Let me know what city you're in and we can look to add it. Right now we have Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, San Diego, Denver, Minneapolis, Austin and Portland.
Finally something that actually saves money and fights companies like viagogo
@timcha Thanks. Funny you mention that. We actually do send our users to StubHub (owned by viagogo) if they are the cheapest ticket. So while we don't love ticket brokers who sell through StubHub or viagogo, unfortunately, sometimes they are the cheapest reseller out there.
