A former employee of Rudy Giuliani said in a new lawsuit filed Monday that he told her he was attracted to another woman who worked for him who was 20-years-old, and that he had kissed her on the lips.

Noelle Dunphy, who says she worked for Giuliani for two years, filed a civil lawsuit against him in Manhattan on Monday, accusing him of rape and of forcing her to engage in sexual acts as part of her job. Dunphy claimed Giuliani demanded she perform oral sex while he made calls on speaker phone, including to then-President Donald Trump.

The lawsuit said that during the two years Dunphy worked for Giuliani, starting in January 2019, while he was Trump's lawyer, Giuliani often made crude comments about women as well as racist and homophobic remarks.

Giuliani was not representing Trump in legal matters in mid-February 2021. A spokesperson for Trump did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

In one conversation in November 2019, Giuliani told Dunphy he was in love with three or four women and that he had "a certain sexual attraction to" his 20-year-old staffer Christianne Allen, the lawsuit claimed.

Allen did not immediately provide comment about the lawsuit to Insider.

Giuliani told Dunphy he had fantasized about Allen and kissed her on the lips but that he did not "consummate" the relationship, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claims this conversation was recorded.

Giuliani, through his spokesman Ted Goodman, "unequivocally" denied the allegations on Monday: "Mayor Giuliani's lifetime of public service speaks for itself and he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims."

Allen was still in college in 2019 when she began working as Giuliani's director of communications. Allen frequently appeared with Giuliani and responded to reporters trying to reach him, Politico reported at the time.

Now, Allen's Twitter says she is an ambassador for Liberty University's Freedom Center and Turning Point USA, a conservative youth organization.
