Since working on the true diversity receivers I have wanted to test a dual channel tx module. And now that we have the Happymodel Dual EP I have been able to test Gemini properly.
In summary it sends simultaneous packets on different frequencies. Think of it like DVDA which does double sends, but instead of sending in series it sends the duplicate packets in parallel.
It finally got race tested yesterday and performed great. The video linked below is about 10min and a little boring, but contains more info and some comparison DVR to a single antenna rx and the HM Dual.
