The Yahoo Finance Live team breaks down stocks moving in after hours, Beam Global's earnings report, and expectations from Tesla's annual shareholder meeting this week.

SEANA SMITH: We've got a number of socks here trending after hours. Let's take a look at a number of them. First up we're going to talk about some movement that we have seen from the 13-F filing from Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffett's company, making some adjustments here to its portfolio. In terms of what they did add, what they boosted, their Apple exposure. It's now the biggest holding, representing 46% of the disclosed assets there. Occidental Petroleum, they also added to their position there, as well as Paramount. Occidental Petroleum now represents 24% of its outstanding shares. You're looking at those three stocks.

On the flip side, in terms of what Berkshire reduced its stake in, you're looking at three names as well, GM, Chevron, and Amazon. When it comes to some of the regional bank plays, an interesting move here from Berkshire Hathaway. They added-- they took a stake in Capital One while they also exited their holding in BNY Mellon.

And Capital One, this movement, we're looking at it pop just about 5 and 1/2 percent in after hours trading, also coming on news that Bridgewater slashed their position in Capital One here. So certainly, Berkshire and Bridgewater viewing the future investment in Capital One a little bit differently here. But we're looking at shares pop in after hours, as Buffett does take a stake in Capital One.

When it comes to some of the other news that is moving after hours here, let's get to some earnings reports. And we have Bean Global, that stock on the move, with shares gaining just about 12% here. A strong report from the company that has the technology with EV charging also energy storage. They've posted a narrower than expected loss. Also their revenue beat the Street's estimates, right around $13 million. So we're looking at that stock pop in after hours.
