国芯科技：第一代RAID控制芯片改进量产版产品内部测试成功

5月15日，国芯科技公告称，全资子公司广州领芯科技有限公司研发的第一代RAID控制芯片改进量产版CCRD3316以及其适配卡近日于公司内部测试成功，公司正在基于自主高性能RISC-VCPU研制开发第二代更高性能的Raid控制芯片CCRD4516，目前各项工作进展顺利。

国芯科技表示，长期以来，Raid控制芯片被国外公司垄断，本次随着公司全资子公司第一代RAID控制芯片改进量产版的成功研发和内部测试成功，可实现同类产品的国产化替代，特别是在AI服务器、存储服务器和信创存储设备等领域，国产RAID卡及芯片的市场发展前景广阔。
