碳链价值APP讯，Coinbase 首席法律官 Paul Grewal 致信美国证券交易委员会（SEC），建议修改 SEC 的注册投资顾问（RIA）监管规则，以保护包括加密货币在内的所有资产类别。
Paul Grewal 建议将 RIA 托管义务的范围从“基金和证券”扩大到所有客户资产，并认为 SEC 应将受国家监管的信托公司保留为合格的托管人，允许对不合格的托管人进行有限的风险敞口限制等。
