Hi, I am guilty for this act and I am very sad. But I want to understand if somehow masturbation is connected to improvement. I am addicted to masturbating and do it in access but now I think because of excess masturbating I am loosing my focus. I can't remember obvious observations even problem I have solved I can't remember. I think my brain is getting weaker because of masturbation. I tend to perform good in contest if I don't masturbate for few days.
Please I want to understand from others if what i am thinking is completely incorrect or correct. Does this happens with everyone or am I the only one fallen into this trap. Please respond.
