风投机构 CMCC Global 正在启动 1 亿美元基金，将投资区块链初创公司
巴比特讯，5 月 2 日，区块链风投机构 CMCC Global 正在启动一个 1 亿美元的基金，以投资专注于区块链项目的初创公司，目标是位于中国香港及更远地方处于 A 轮和 B 轮融资阶段的公司。
据悉，CMCC Global 联创 Martin Baumann 和 Charlie Morris 持有 CMCC 的多数股权，同时香港大亨李泽楷（Richard Li）和 Gemini Trust 创始人 Cameron Winklevoss、Tyler Winklevoss 也是其控股实体的投资者。
据此前报道，瑞士 Syz Group 将与香港风险投资机构 CMCC Global 合作推出规模至少 5000 万美元的基金，投资于以加密货币为重点的对冲基金。Syz Capital 管理合伙人 Richard Byworth 表示，SyzCrest Digital 将于 7 月 1 日开始运营，最终目标是募集多达 3 亿美元的资金。为 CMCC 管理定量研究驱动型基金的 Willy Woo 将加入这家在开曼群岛注册的新公司，担任投资委员会成员。
